Nippersink School District 2 Board of Education is seeking applicants interested in completing a vacated school board member term through April, 2027. The candidate must be at least 18 years old, must have lived in the school district for at least one year, and must be a registered voter. NMS Music Department Presents the 7th & 8th Grade Band & Choir Concert Wednesday, April 30th at 7:00p in the NMS Gym. Doors open at 6:45p.
Special Appearance by the NMS Jazz Band.
K-Crew is sponsoring the NMS Spring Dance is TOMORROW , April 11th from 6:00p – 8:00p in the NMS gym. Doors will open at 6:00p, $5 per student to enter. Pizza, drinks and snacks will be available for purchase.
Drop-off for all students will be at the front entrance. PROMPT pick-up at 8:00p; 6th grade students will be released through the front entrance. 7th & 8th grade students will be released through the rear entrance.
Friendly reminder for 8th grade students to charge your Chromebooks for tomorrow. They will be doing the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA) testing this week during their science classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

TONIGHT!!! Eat Out to Help Out at the Richmond McDonald's from 4:00p - 7:00p. Proceeds will be donated to the 7th Grade Activity Fund.
Thank you to our AMAZING Paraprofessionals for their hard work and dedication to our students!!! Paraprofessional Day is this Wednesday, April 2nd. Let a Para-Pro in your life know how special they are.

Need to stay warm on those cool Spring afternoon and evenings? Show your pride and purchase a NMS Spirit Blanket for $25 in the NMS Office.
The K-Crew Spring Dance is coming up. The Spring Dance will be on Friday, April 11th from 6:00p-8:00p in the NMS Gym. $5.00 admission, drinks, pizza and snacks will also be available for purchase. Doors open at 6:00p.
Drop off will be at the front entrance (the Rte. 12 entrance). Prompt 8:00pm pick up, 6th gr students will be in the front and 7th & 8th gr will be dismissed at the rear entrance.
NMS Office will be closed for Spring Break Wednesday, 3/26 - Friday, 3/28 . Have a fun and exciting Spring Break! We will see you back at NMS on Monday, 3/31.
Track practice has been canceled for TODAY, 3/19. Students will be dismissed at the end of the day.
